Delivery Policy

All deliveries must be signed for. Please note this can be by a neighbour if stated in the special instructions - alternatively you can have your goods sent to your work address. Orders placed with Go-Electrical will be processed and dispatched as quick as possible. If you have a specific delivery request please could you email customersupport@go-electrical.co.uk with your order number. Items that are in stock in our warehouse will be dispatched for next day delivery on a Monday - Thursday (excluding bank holidays and dependent on the item ordered and delivery location). However, it is advisable to allow up to 10 working days for your order to be delivered. 

 

When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a 'Despatch Note' by SMS - Please enter a mobile number on checkout page so that this can be enabled. Delivery and tracking details from our courier will also be sent by SMS message if a mobile number has been supplied. We do ask that a mobile number is given and this will only be used for delivery purposes. In some instances smaller items will be sent with Royal Mail, please allow 3-5 days for these items to arrive.

 

Larger appliances may be sent on a 2-3 working day doorstep pallet delivery service and the courier will contact you directly to book in delivery, please be aware that this service is not available to Highlands or Islands.

 

Delivery of certain products will be handled by the manufacturer and they will arrange delivery with you on the telephone number you provide at the point of order. Deliveries will take place on week days only.

 

PLEASE BE AWARE that in our endeavours to be as 'green' as possible, our warehouse team do re-use and recycle packaging. This means that your item(s) may arrive in an outer box showing a different brand/product, your item will be within all of its original manufacturer packaging within this outer box.

 

Damaged items

Please report any damages by email to Customersupport@go-electrical.co.uk as soon as possible after delivery and within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide a photograph of the damage where possible. Please report all damages prior to use. On receiving your email we will be in touch with further information to resolve the problem.

 

Cost of delivery

Most deliveries from Go-Electrical are subsidised free of charge to mainland UK addresses.

Extra charges may apply for the following postcode areas: AB, DD, FK, G, IV, KW, KY, PA, PH, HS, KA, ZE, BT, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Republic of Ireland. Please enter your postcode to obtain the correct charge and whether we can disptach to your postcode.

For large appliance deliveries to any of these postcodes additional charges may apply and we may not be able to deliver certain products to certain postcode areas. If you are purchasing a large appliance eg Air Conditioning Units we recommend you email us to get an accurate delivery quote.

Carried out free of charge, by a two-man delivery team.

Our team will contact you after ordering to book a day and time for delivery.

Appliances will be delivered into the ground floor room of your choice and unpacked so that the appliance can be inspected.

The appliance can be installed for you if you require. Fees may apply.

We can also safely remove and dispose of an old appliance. Fees may apply.
